To all who responded, many thanks for your replies.  All were extremely useful and I have all but a few of the problems resolved.  Still have some work to do on the Global Directory and a couple of bugs in IPCC but your words of wisdom have definitely pointed me in the right direction.  At least I'll get to see a nice sunrise here in Western Colorado tomorrow morning.  Again, I can't say Thank You enough.

Does anyone out there offer technical assistance?  All users were

from the Global Directory on our Call Manager.  Version is 4.2(3)sr4a.

have restored the Global Directory from a previous export that was only

few days old but Call Manager will no longer communicate with IPCC

4.0(5).  I have resynchronized all of the jtapi triggers and all
indicate
that they are synched but I do not seem to have any communication
between
