[cisco-voip] Unity VM question

Hello,
Going with the assumption that since this is voicemail only and also not
in your Active Directory domain, you can go into the user's Active
Directory account on the Unity server, go into Exchange General (I
think-don't have a box handy to test with), and click on Delivery
Options. Then, you can tell the server to forward the message to an
email address. This will not give you the effect of Unified Messaging in
that when they check the voicemail, it will not turn off the MWI, but
gets a step closer.
For voicemail only installs, I would look at a migration to Unity
Connection. Unity Connection 8.5 will have Unified Messaging via WebDAV
(

llThread=true). I think you'll find this to be easier, but in the short
term, look into the above suggestion.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity VM question
Dears,
What's the easiest way to enable the unity subscribers
to receive voice mails on their mail inbox knowing that my unity is
configured as voice mail only and not unified messaging and I don't want
to reinstall the unity again.
thanks
