[cisco-voip] Error message for SIP trunks

Has anyone seen a syslog message that occurs on a SIP CUBE router to tell when the SIP trunk/peer is not responding?
A non-debug initiated one would be best... Plans are EEM automation...
I would be searching for it on my own, but this week has not been kind to me...
