[cisco-voip] dial-plan modification

I have around 900 IP phones in 2 locations + 900 EM profiles that I need to
change because of a CTI application.

Ok, for the SQL but that means I need a DB specialist :(

Any free applications that do this via AXL that I'm not aware of?
Could we use a demo version of Cisco Provisioning Manager?
