[cisco-voip] Cisco Software Dialer to Dial Numbers

Only if Cisco came out with a Click to Call application for MAC and *nix and a personal address book synchronizer for the same.

Not quite right for Cisco to not cater to these users :-(.

Does anyone know of any other app for Apple Macs that is similar to Click to Call and the Personal Address Book synch with Entourage ?

Best Regards

My manager just came to me and asked me about a software
dialer on PC that will automatically dial numbers for your Cisco phone. I’ve
personally never heard of it and he didn’t know what it was called. Doing
a brief Google search, I saw something called Cisco TSP, but I don’t know if
that’s what I’m looking for.

Simply put, if there is a phone number in a program, such as
Outlook, there is an option to send that number to your Cisco VoIP phone and
dial it without having to physically select the numbers.

Does this ring a bell for anyone? I’ve personally
never heard of such a program. The only “software-based” phone type
program I have is the Cisco IP Communicator, but that is in relation to a
separate ephone entry.

Thanks in advance.
