RTU is Right to Use license and typically for something that does not have
licensing enforced like CUPC, CUVA, CUIPC etc. Never seen a RTU for an ATA
as it does require a DLU unlike other analog devices. I'm assuming this is
CUWL licensing model? do you have the SKU?
