[cisco-voip] Destinguish on-net from off-net calls

Hello,
 
What is the best method  to achieve that. Our CCM discard digist instruction
is PreDot so PSTN calls in the CDRs don't include a prefix.
 
We have CCM 4.2.3
 
Appreciate any ideas..
