Yes that is BAD L ....I think no matter from where you import the users
"CUCM or LDAP" PINs are locally significant.

You will get centralized authentication if you integrate CUC with the
same LDAP as you integrate CUCM. This comes into play mainly with IMAP
authentication via CUPC etc. I think by design the PINs are not
sycnable.
