[cisco-voip] CUPS problem on MAC

Is audio broken in both directions? Check firewalls/ACLs. Is audio broken in
one direction? Again, check FW/ACLs and Default gateways. So, you can call
from one phone to the CUPC (or the other way). The phone rings and you can
pick it up but just no audio right? Usually if signaling is working but
audio is broken in one or sometimes both directions, it usually is a routing
issue.
