[cisco-voip] IOS 15.0

I see that happening when I download new phone firmware, as we don't
smartnet phones.  But really?  How does Cisco think that's going to work?
 new firmware comes with each CM update.  What are others going to do?  just
update CM more often?  or smartnet a single phone?

Financially it just doesn't make sense to smartnet many phones when in all
reality you get the firmware with the CM updates.
