That sounds like a DTMF issue. Can you share what type of gateway you have?

If you have 6608s like us, I think the only thing you can use is CCM traces and DickTracy tool. But I don't know how much help that would be.

For IOS, you have more options.

We have staff that need to receive collect calls. When we press 1 the collect calls are not being accepted. I have no clue where to look, any ideas?
