I received this from my account team the other week:

"The Cisco Account teams just became aware that the Cisco S & X series switches are not supported by the Cisco Emergency Responder application. An update to the CER software is being worked on for this, but it is not anticipated to make the next release of CER scheduled for later this calendar year. Most likely, you would not see the update until sometime mid-2011."

I just put in a bunch of 2960S's in a few buildings, pointed CER to them and sure enough no port information from those switches. Anyone else seeing this? I have a concall tomorrow with my account team, but that message pretty much says it all. Isn't this as easy as adding a few sysoid's into CER?
