[cisco-voip] Call Recording - Telrex/CallRex?

I have used Callrex. It was OK but had its quirks. In fact I have used about
three different recording products and they all have their problems. I would
get a list of requirements and compare it with a few products to make sure
it will meet your needs. I used Calabrio recording recently and once it was
setup it worked well but there is A LOT that can go wrong if you use the
client based recording instead of SPAN.
