[cisco-voip] callmanager 4.1(3) and secondary java login always coming up

Ok. found what I was looking for:

Optionally, you can disable the second login window in IE by
navigating to *Tools >
Internet Options > Advanced > Java (Sun)*. Uncheck the *Use Java 2 v1.4.2_0x
<applet> (requires restart) *check box. The change takes effect when you
close all IE windows and restart IE.
Thankfully all this stuff disappeared with my upgrade to 7.1.3
