[cisco-voip] callmanager 4.1(3) and secondary java login always coming up

I think I vaguely remember this as well.  My problem at the time was needing
to manage CCM, MDS 9K's, and ONS 15K's all at the same time, all of which
required specific Java versions for their own configuration tools to
function :)
