[cisco-voip] Callmanager MTP do no show new Call Count

We have adjust the IP Media Streaming parameter: MTP Call Count from the
default 48 to 96. this is not being reflected in RTMT as available MTP
session? We still see 48, and we have reset the IP Media Streaming App
service.
