[cisco-voip] Corporate Directory & Publisher Dependency

Sorry to dredge this up from the past but running into a related
problem. Just upgraded to 7.1.5, when users with 79X1 phones and above
try to access corporate directory or personal directory, it comes back
with host not found. Works OK on the 7960's so seems to be an issue
with the new service provisioning. Is there some additional service on
the subscribers that needs to be activated for some reason? Any way to
test a URL from my PC to check it?
Looked at changing service provisioning to external URL, but would
rather get it working as intended if possible.
