[cisco-voip] call transfer from ShoreTel to Cisco

Hi Rob,

 

You will need to provide more detail to the problem. Where in transfer
process is it failing, how have you integrated UCM and Shortel, etc...

Hi,

 

Has anyone had any problems with a ShoreTel transferring a call to a
Callmanager endpoint?  We are using Callmanager 6, but I am not sure
what version of ShoreTel is being used.
