[cisco-voip] Multiple Software Feature Licences

Slightly OT.  We're preparing to do a similar upgrade and it was my
understanding that your DLU licenses would be converted to UCL.  Steve,
can you shed any light on how the licensing looked after the upgrade? 
How were the UCL licenses calculated?
