[cisco-voip] Multiple Software Feature Licences

Thanks for pointing this out.  It has caused some issues since the manufacturing load for these phones isn't signed, and the original 9.0(2) load was.  The 9.0(2) (and apparently 9.0.3) loads on cisco.com now are unsigned, but will allow you to move to singed in the future.
