[cisco-voip] CM 8 custom LDAP filter

Has anyone used custom LDAP filters yet?  I am trying to create a filter so that it only imports users with a value populated in the telephoneNumber field in AD.  If this field is blank, don't sync the user over.  Not sure on what string to enter on the custom filter page.
