Hi Kevin

I have had a play around with these try either one of the following

Filter by Telephone Number field

(&(objectclass=user)(!(objectclass=Computer))(!(UserAccountControl:1.2.840.113556.1.4.8043:=2))(telephonenumber=*))

or

(&(objectclass=user)(telephonenumber=*))
either of these should work
