You will require a stop/start of the TFTP Service for the 792x to pickup the
new load.

Restarting the TFTP is not (really) service affecting.

Every phone that is connected/powered-up will contact the TFTP, so when the
service is restarting the booting of phone might take a minute longer.

This is the only affect it will have as far as I know.

Is a TFTP restart service affecting?

(again, I think the answer is no, but I'd rather not find out the hard
way that it is)
