[cisco-voip] Differences between 9971, 9951 and 8961 phones?

Anyone have a table that shows the key features and differences?  We are about to upgrade from our current CM 4.2 environment and 7970 phones to UC 8.0 and are trying to decide on phones.  Any help or comments are much appreciated.
