[cisco-voip] Alternate extensions

Hi,
We have alternate extensions defined for a lot of users in Unity Connection 7.1(3), but beside the User Data Dump utility, is there a way in the admin page to access an alternate extension ? We have support agents that answers on the first level of support and they can't use the UDD utility, so how can they access an alt. extension to troubleshoot or to know to which extension it belongs ?
