[cisco-voip] UCCX Agents working from home

Don't know if it helps but we have UCCE 7 with CAD 7.5 running from Citrix for telecommuters and then use Mobile Agent to call the agents home phone or mobile number...you can have nailed up call mode or call by call mode.
