I have no idea what the cost is but we have a client with UCM and a CCX call
center and they use Onvicord:
http://www.onvisource.com/products/onvicord/
They actually use it to record audio and they also capture what is happening
on the call center agent's desktop. I believe there is also a version that
simply records audio and I believe it is realtively enduser friendly. There
is a demo video on their web site.

Not built into CallManager, but Nice and Witness are two popular products.

Using Call Manager 7.1.2.20000-2...
Our Public Safety department is in need of a recording device that will
support true VoIP (not via a coupler that sits between handset and phone) in
addition to POTS lines and radios.
Is there a recording option in Call Manager that can help us with the VoIP
need? If so, is the reporting user friendly for non technical staff who may
need to access it?
