[cisco-voip] create automatic disconnected

Arnold -

Your only option is a service parameter for the maximum call length, which
will disconnect calls after a certain period of time.  It's not granular, so
it's an all or nothing setting.  I believe the default is either 8 or 12
hours, but is configurable in number of minutes.
