i think cisco is cracking down on releasing information. i think they've had one too many "leaks"...

this may actually make my head spin around. 

How will these convert over during an upgrade? 
Is this going to require a strict assignment of end users to phones? 
My account team didn't let me know this was coming down the pipe? really?
