[cisco-voip] Unity Connection Version mis information

I've noticed that from the beginning - v7.0(1) . The CLI and the GUI have never reported the same version.

I always report the GUI version when opening a TAC case.

I also have started adding the following footer to all my cases since they always ask these questions...

Connection <version from GUI>
Not Business Edition
Not Clustered
Digitally Networked with 1 other server (same version)
SCCP integration with CCM v4.1(3)
LDAP integrated with a few users on both servers with the same userID/extension

I started adding the last part because a few of the bugs we opened had to do with that.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity Connection Version mis information

Anybody noticed this before…

When running show version active we get this –

admin:show version active

Active Master Version: 7.1.3.30000-1

However clicking about in the UC web admin paige we get this –

Cisco Unity Connection version: 7.1.3.10000-68

Possible bug in web admin not showing right version?
