[cisco-voip] upgrade CCM 4.3(1) to CUCM 7.0(2)

There are several possibilities, all of them are documented on CCO.

 

1)      Manually export/retrieve all the data from the current CCM 4 and
manually import them after installation of the new CM 7

2)      Use the DMA tool provided on CCO, this will export all the
information. Save it to a file which you can import into the new CM 7. This
will also provide you with a license file to upgrade to the new DLUs.
Depending on the CCM 4 system configuration and the errors it might contain
this tool will or will not do the trick for you

i have CCM 4.3(1) and i want to upgrade it to version 7.0(2).
