When I go to Product Upgrade Tool I have this option:
CCX-UPG-S-50-50=       CCX STD 5.0 to 5.0 STD ESW Maintenance Upgrade

I'm confused about pricing... can this be ordered by ordering tool?
How it is linked to the customer?
