[cisco-voip] DST strikes again... Connection Backup Schedule

Everytime DST time changes, my Connection Backup Schedule changes. Sort of. 

I have backups happening at 12:15AM. When the time jumps ahead (like yesterday) backups start happening an hour later. I have to go into the schedule, change the date to today's date and then save. Then they start happening at the same time again. 

When time falls back, backups start happening at 11:15PM. 

Weird.
