Hello All,
We are investigating several VoIP/Centrex recording solutions for
various departments on our campus. Majority of the solutions we have
looked at require a network span port to snarf the packets off the wire.
In order for a single solution to scale campus-wide, we would like to
route calls for select departments/individuals through a centralized
route point (i.e. CUCM or a gateway). We would then be able to
span/rspan the port of the centralized unit to the recording solution.
Is it possible to accomplish this type of call routing? Many thanks in
advance.
Thanks,
