[cisco-voip] RTMT Message modification?

What version are you on?  This defect:
CSCsd46320: MgcpDChannelOutOfService alarm does not specify which gateway

is duplicated to this defect:
CSCse29242: RTMT Alert details are not logged to a file

Which is resolved in 5.1 and 6.0.
