[cisco-voip] Simulate Fax to H323/T38

if you wanted to be completely heinous, I have seen rightf*x send a
fax to itself. you could also use a different rightfax server or
something to that effect. Google also found this very cheesy looking
piece of software, with which i have no personal experience.
