[cisco-voip] Mobile Voice Access Problem

HI All

 

I have configured Mobile Connect (RD: 96168802), it work on Mobile connect.

 

Then I create MVA (with mobile voice access DN: 2600).

 

For HQ phone dial 2600,

 

1. Dial RD DN (96168802#) and PIN (12345#).

2. Press 1 to call

3. Press 911#

4. Then the call hangup (don't know why)

 

I have tried to set partial match with 7 & 8 digit for callerID under
service parameter

 

 

For 2nd problem

PSTN phone (6168802) dial 4085152600 (MVA DN).

It ring and reguest to enter RD DN, then I enter 96168802#, but the system
reply it is not recognized RD DN

 

Can anyone know what are these problem ?
