Have you tried, setting CFNA on that line setting to either send it back to the AC pilot point or to a hunt group?

Subject: [cisco-voip] Pilot Point hunting unanswerd phones
Dear All
CCM 6.x
We have a Attendant Console Pilot Point, it is set to ring the first available phone out of a group of 4. I had assumed that the hunt woudl move on if a phone remaind unanswered. But it seems that if the first available phone is unanswerd it just sits and rings on that phone for ever.
Is there a way to get it to hunt like a standard hunt group.
Thanks
Rob
