[cisco-voip] IPCCX 4.0(5) - Historical report on menu selections

I'd like to know how to get a report that counts how many callers pressed
1, pressed 2, ..., pressed X in IPCCX 4.0(5). My understanding is that I
could create a custom report and use the Set Session Info step in a
workflow to store the menu digits (i.e. customVariable fields in the CCDR)
entered by callers. Is this the only option? Thanks.
