[cisco-voip] how to get busy notification

Hello,

System is CUCM 6.1. Is there a way to get busy notification (like there is
on mobile phones) when a called party is busy on another call when the busy
trigger is set to more than one? I know it is possible to check the status
of a user using BLF but some users don't want to check using BLF. They want
to get an annunciation message or some sort of audio/visual signal if the
called party is busy.
