[cisco-voip] FXO ports and registering with CCM

I've finished configuring a couple of FXO port (with Ground Start) and CUCM has an IP address for the ports, but they're not registered yet. I have put the appropriate MGCP and ccm-manager commands based on another router and CCO documents. 

I have two questions: 

    • should these ports register unplugged or do I have to plug in the trunk line before they will register? 
    • I noticed some TFTP errors on the MGCP status, I'm thinking that's not good (see below config)
