[cisco-voip] 3945 and Unity Express default language in US?

First time I hit messages I get a funny lady telling me to enter my id followed by hash. I now where the hash button is, but the customer might think we're talking about something else and elsewhere the hash is kept!?
Now to figure out how to fix it..

I'm in the US, during CUE 7.1.5 initialization wizard I noted the System default language English (United Kingdom) is present. Is there such a thing for CUE as English (Americas) ? Maybe ordered wrong?
This is a SKU: ISM-SRE-300-K9 on 3945 and new install. Did customer order wrong language for US? Will they notice in the prompts?
Is there a way to change default language from CUE CLI?
