[cisco-voip] FXO ports and registering with CCM

Is _ivs the lawful intercept feature?  I loaded the lawful intercept image by accidence once...took a long time to figure out why MGCP wouldn't work..

Long shot - any chance your IOS image has _ivs in it?  In MGCP you
have to disable this capability manually for MGCP to register
correctly.

Otherwise 'debug mgcp packet' is going to be more useful.
