Oddly all calls to the Receptionist 7961/7914 are G.711. I can't figure out why. I make calls phone-to-phone or phone-to-pstn I get G.722.

Everything else (except Unity Express) the calls are G.722. Using all 7961s with 8.4.2S.

Does 7914 disable G.722? Will see about Wireshark or trace tomorrow. Any idea what I can debug on CME to see why G.711 is being selected for calls to her ? -jason
