[cisco-voip] CallManager Express 7.1 and G.722 (service phone g722CodecSupport 2)

This shouldn't keep the phone from using G.722 - the phone doesn't
know what handset is plugged into it afaik. I've had plain jane 7961's
out of box w/o the handset still connect at 722. (granted this is on
CM and not CME)
