The developers never configured a Cisco router....lack of consistency across product lines....developers need some training!

That's the same for all of the appliance-based UC servers.

Don't try
clock timezone -5

as it won't account for Daylight Savings Time.

Just " clock timezone" enter brings up a interactive menu or "clock timezone America/NewYork"
