Voicemail is stored in the Exchange message store which is in a database
file - typically called priv1.edb. New messages are temporarily stored in
the CommServer\UnityMTA folder on the Unity server until they are delivered
to Exchange.

Thanks,

Subject: [cisco-voip] Unity 7 w/ Exchange vm folder

Hi everyone,

Can someone tell me where voicemail messages are stored in Unity 7 with
Exchange? I am trying to find them via windows explorer. I can see the
mailboxes in Exchange, but am unable to view the voicemail contents.

Thanks,

Bill Hendrix
