[cisco-voip] FW: CCM 7.12 Upgrade

So, why go to 7.1.2 now?  7.1.3 is out and 7.1.5 is coming soon.  7.1.2 
is no longer getting engineering specials. If anything does go wrong you 
will have to upgrade to 7.1.3ES to get a fix.
