We want our office users to get a "warble and recorded message" when someone
dials a trigger number (222)
Then is we have a security alarm/envir. alarm go off we can have the monitor
dial 222 and the end users hear

WOOP WOOP you are on fire STOP DROP AND ROLL   WOOP WOOP

what would be the best way to use that?
