Interested in hearing what others are doing for Video. Customer's talk about Skype, Office Communicator, Tandberg across continents with WebEx and Collaboration.

Are you adding MCU's? Outsourcing?  What are your plans in the Enterprise for video? Besides run from it. Anything products you dislike? -jason
